Preparation methods cheats:
- Cookie extreme: heat in the oven at 150 degrees for 5 minutes (use baking foil so that the cake does not sink through the grill).
- Donut: consume immediately.
- Cookie dough: consume directly; Can be kept for 7 days after shipment (preferably in the refrigerator). DO NOT HEAT!
- Brownie: consume directly; Can be kept for 7 days after shipment.
Can I have my order delivered on a different date?
- Yes, that’s possible!
You can specify a different delivery date at the last processing step (at order confirmation). However, we cannot control if the parcel services are delayed and therefore cannot guarantee this. Take an average of 3 days into account.
How are orders delivered?
Via Fietskoeriers: You will receive a track and trace code from them after processing your package.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the busyness of the parcel services, it may take a few days before you receive your track and track code. We CANNOT speed up this process. Also keep an eye on your spam for any emails.
- Ordered before 24:00 on weekdays is the next day, freshly baked and shipped
- All orders placed on Fridays and weekends are freshly baked and shipped on Monday at the earliest.
- FREE shipping on orders over € 35 (in the Netherlands).
- In Belgium, orders over € 45 are shipped free of charge.
Disclaimer
- It is possible that your package is not delivered within 24 hours. Of course this rarely happens, but for the time being it is completely beyond our control. We cannot offer compensation or other compensation for delayed packages. We ensure that your Cheatmeals are sent fresh daily and posted on time.
- Due to corona, orders take an average of 1-4 days before they are delivered.
- Packages including content can arrive damaged at destination. Unfortunately, we cannot give any compensation for this because cookies will always remain fragile and we can never 100% prevent breakage. All cookies are sent in good condition, but a lot can go wrong along the way. Fortunately, breakage does not affect the taste!
- If a cake is missing or your order is incomplete, report this immediately upon receipt and take photos as proof. After our internal check, we will refund the amount of the missing product to the account and do NOT send it back.

How long can the products be kept?
- Cookie extreme: Sealed, packed for 2 weeks and frozen for 3 months.
- Donut: 1-2 days, frozen 3 months.
- Dough-to-go: 7 days after shipment, preferably in the refrigerator or freezer.
- Brownie: 7 days or frozen 1 month.
Allergens:
- Cookie extreme: May contain traces of nuts and is processed with lactose and gluten. (The vegan cookies are of course processed without lactose)
- Donut: May contain traces of nuts and is processed with lactose and gluten.
- Dough-to-go: May contain traces of nuts and is processed with lactose and gluten. (The vegan dough is of course processed without lactose)
- Brownie: May contain traces of nuts and is processed with lactose and gluten.
How many calories are in the Cheats?
- We live with the motto: Count your blessings, not your calories!
On average 1 cake has 600 kcal.
